chef Gordon Ramsey, who seems to be everywhere, has
a created a real hit with his newest restaurant located
in the ultra sophisticated London hotel NYC.
As
always, Ramsey treats diners to a wonderful xxx menu.
Clientele includes inner circle New Yorkers, out of
town celebs, media and ad people, Wall-Streeter and
fashionistas.
The
night we were there, we saw Penn from Penn & Teller
& recording artist, Seal.
Menu
stand out are the oven roasted foie gras with caramelized
pears and date, loin of venison roasted in cocoa butter
and fillet of Brandt beef with braised Kobe short
rib.
Beware
it is difficult to a table so book of table early
in advance.
